Okay so looking back on my last entry was a little catty to say the least but hey I felt a whole lot better and those who know me and my mother in law did find it amusing...but now we most move forward...
January has come and gone and I feel an overwhelming sense of urgency to plan and figure things out. When we sold our house way back when we agreed it would be for one year but the glory of living debit free may have taken our year to a year and a half, But that's okay I'm okay with it...I think... I miss having my own house and my own life and not having to have a definition for all my actions but knowing we can start over is almost awesome!
But I still need a plan or something to plan...

To My Mother -In Law
Hello,
Just a few things that are on my mind
Just a few things that are on my mind
- I did not steal your son...he grew up and found love you should be happy (his old girlfriend was a bit of a skank and you really should be thanking me for saving him!)
- Yes you are my children's grandmother however what I say goes...this whole "here but don't tell mommy" game is getting old!
- When I role my eyes in your direction generally means "I've had ENOUGH" and that it would be wise to stop talking to me....because I have stopped listening
- When I say no cookies it means NO COOKIES
- The children won't die if they cry for a while...They are just playing you to get what they want!
- I show your respect you should show me some...it's just human kindness
- Bleach is not an all purpose cleaner! See the stains on my couch for examples!
- You do speak and understand English...don't play dumb when you get caught saying something rude and offensive and use this as your excuse
- Yes I delivered girls but your precious son determined the sex of the children and my kids are amazing and healthy and going to grow up to be amazing individuals (who you might want to come visit you in the home I plan to put you in) so you may want to be nice
- I have a mother who loves me unconditionally I really don't need you but it would be nice if you could pretend to like me!

YIKKKEEES
Okay so it's been a while! My bad I am hurrying to go thru the motions of the holidays! As 3 of my 5 readers (LOL) know a few years back my dad had collapsed at a subway station and needed to get one of his valve replaced...this happened right during the holidays and I'll admit I'm still a little shaken when I remember the doc saying to my daddy "If we don't do this you'll be dead by New Years!"(he had to be blunt to really get through to my dad)
So he fully recovered however the damper has still remained! I have no desire to have to go to all the parties (2 this Saturday!!!) The cooking for the hubby's Extended Extended Family, the trying to explain to the biggest littlest monster why Santa didn't bring her the ride on barbie Car ( Santa and I have had the discussion that it's not in the best interest for Safety reason mine not really hers)
So off we go the tree is up, gifts are bought (most of them) and let the holiday season start
I'm sending out an official BAAA HUMBUG!!!to all!

Been Busy
So I found an new obsession... it's a web site called kidsteals (http://www.kidsteals.com/) Every day at 9am (MST) 11am my time (EST) This site has proven to be a crazy addiction! Let me break it Down....

So constantly during the day I'm on the facebook page looking at other moms comments referral questions answers ect and some times there is a hint for what the upcoming steal is which then you spend more time trying to figure out what the item could possible...then the count down.....about 3 minutes to 11 I officially stop what I'm doing try one more time on facebook to see if I can figure out what's coming (but it doesn't matter because I just get so excited even over the anticipation of the fact that something is coming) then jump on to the kidsteals page and start hitting the refresh button and boom at 11 it's there....now some days I look at the item and shrugged say it's cute but we don't need it however when you get an item like Turtle Gus. who is wonderful and then your in competition mode because an item like this sells out in MINUTES!!! Don't worry everyone I got 3! THEN...back to face book to read the comments of everyone who did or did not get the beloved item, as well I find my self checking and night time to see if someone has discovered the next hit. LOL It's crazy!! I offically found myself typing faster as I was describing how it all goes down! So it's not a new craft hobby (however they do have scrapsteals as well) but I enjoy it and I will hold out until we get Momo who is Turtle Gus BFF.

The Big 3 2!
Well folks I'm now officially 32 (gulp) But I had an awesome birthday weekend..which I haven't had since I was 20 who has time for a whole weekend anymore...ME!!!
So it started on Friday with a impromptu hair cut at the office by a very fun co-worker then we met a the mall with my mom and the girls for a quick dinner and to buy our very first little friends birthday gift. Then I stopped into the hair salon to get a touch up! LOL some parts were way longer then other but as the stylist said "considering it was with office scissors and you friend had no training it's not THAT bad" And I was greeted by hubby saying "excuses me have you seen my wife" hehehehe
Saturday I bought 2 new outfits for both my birthday dinners and had 2 nights of fabulous food and friends. And then on Monday (my actual birthday) I was woken by the lilest monster with 2 roses and a very cute "Happy Birfday Mama".. What more could a girl ask for....Tiffany Diamonds maybe ;)
So now I stare at my new number and have to ponder what it's going to mean to me...Is it 3 kids 2 adults or is it 32 a number to a new house or is it just the new me?
Stay Tuned!

Some People!
I often do things and my husband says " why would you do that" and I reply "why wouldn't you". I have encountered a situation that has made me question the world we are living in here's the story.....
Where I work we have a few satellite office and we have internal mail couriers that travel from site to site delivering and picking up the mail. These individuals are adults with special needs however come rain or snow always trek through the city and generally make it here on the mail days at the same time...Simply an Awesome service!!!
However today the mail was late at 11:00 am I recived a call asking if our courier had arrived...now I woke up today thinking it was Thursday so I really wasn't looking for the mail! However when I got the call I immediatly knew something was up...and boy was it ever... Our courier had fallen and was on the ground AND NOBODY STOPPED TO ASSIST HIM!!! now we work at a busy intersection it's not the buiset in the city but I'm guessing at least 50 people should have walked by him. 20 minutes later one person finally approached him and decided to take some personal responsibility and help the poor guy.
Now the lady that did help him went way above and beyond and even provided him a car ride all the way home however I'm shocked that nobody else decided to even see if he was okay. I always surround myself with people who care for others It's an important trait I look in a friend and I feel deeply saddened that when I realize that others are okay with just walking by someone looks like they may need some sort of assistance (even if it's hey are you okay?) it breaks my heart!
And yes there are some who will say it's not safe to stop however I have to reply with the what if that was you or your father, mother, sister, brother, or child!
So to the lady who decided to step up and help another human being out I thank you and you and all those like you will be included in our bedtime prayers tonight. To my mail buddy thoughts are with you and I hope you feel better soon! To those who walked by...I hope no one walks by you when you need help!

We are back! Okay we have been back for 2 weeks
The trip was AWESOME! Everything we could have wanted was given and with "it's my pleasure" I'm so happy I took the time to re-connect with hubby we talked so much in the first few days that by the 4th day we were back to just enjoying the silence...THEN WE CAME HOME!!!!
Okay so I'm a very lucky lady who's in-laws have been watching our kids since they were just born and yes they have there own ideas like cookies for breakfast (they always say "well at least she ate something") so I am more then grateful for the love and support that surrounds us and like I say to my hubby "pick your battles" So we didn't complain that while we were away Lolo got dressed at 4am to go buy her ice cream to eat however the phrase "when she turns sixteen I'm moving out " has left my mouth a few times since returning. I fear that my precious lil monster is gulp... A SPOILED BRAT!!!
This darling girl who came into the world at 4lbs 3oz is officially a monster...she does what she wants when she wants and how she wants and if you try to intervene watch out! Everyone that knows her says she is well behaved and will do what they say (I'm still trying to figure out how Ninang Ann got her to eat 3 fish sticks) however she knows once she's in the our house she's queen bee... Okay so I know alot of you are thinking that hey she's only 3 but the battles we face on a daily basis (I bribed her today with wearing a dress so that we could get to school on time without a fight and so that she would brush her teeth) are officially turning me grey!
So as I take all that I can from Super Nanny and those I work with I continue to fight just when I'm ready to sell her to the zoo out comes a "Mommy I love you very much" as I say good bye at pre-school this morning.

To many things...no real drive
Okay so Vacation Count 6 DAYS....
And I am so not ready!! For those who know me I'm a planner by heart! It is my passion!! I plan everything from weddings to simple outings, and dinners...If it can be made into an event and there can be a list I'm on it!
So here's the issue....6 days to go and I'm not even close to ready to go I have not looked up fun things to do, I kinda did a Medical authorization note, Sorta did a Important number's information card, bought some new clothes...so the list is kinda started but I can't seem to find the drive to get excited and now the lilest monster has some weird rash going on (perfect timing!) so hubby stayed home today had her at the Dr and she has some antibiotics. So at least that's figured out but I must admit I'm saying to myself this is not the right time to go away...she needs her mommy! But it's non refundable!!! And a wise person once told me that taking a 2nd (3rd,4th,5th,6th ect.) Honeymoon makes you better parents! (Thanks Mel!!)
So I now have this posted at the top of the blank sheet of the list I'm going to start making once I sign off and I will have a drink for all of you ...6days YEAH!!!

Things...
Okay I'm going to be of the very annoying people that count down days until there vacation.....15!!! Woooo Hoooo and it's only annoying when your not going on one (I know because that was me for about 6 years)
So we are getting ready for our 2nd Honeymoon, we just had the littlest monster's big 02 birthday which she brought her own gift of a fever and a cold...a few lucky people have actually taken it home with them (sorry Ninang) , I'm doing my last booty camp tonight although I feel like I should have been more strict with what I ate and how I actually worked out so I'm not to sure how the weigh in an measurements are going to go but I do know my size 12 new pants are fitting kinda big.
Long weekend is coming up and we have no plans!!!

So Flustered!
So yesterday I get a call at work that the Biggest Lil Monster cut her "leg" Well from all the screaming in the background I thought it was her leg. I dashed home on what I hoped would be a few moments of my lunch hour to discover she had SLICED the top of her index finger on the leg of a metal folding chair ...see I knew leg was in there somewhere!
The gushing had stopped by the time I had made it home and she was refusing to move or let any look at it...so off we were to the hospital because with the quick peak I had it look kinda bad.
We waited 4 hours to see the Dr who just took a quick glance and said "Yah it could use a stitch or 2 but I don't think she like it so we'll just tape it." So the Nurse comes to "tape it" and as my poor baby is grossed out by blood and scared she was crying the nurse says "your creating a lot of fuss over nothing!"
OKAY BREATH....SIDE NOTE....I have the UTMOST RESPECT in Nurse's, Doctor's and all people who generally deal with all things I consider gross...As I was having both c-section's I insited that they take the baby and wipe her off so I didn't see any gook! OKAY BACK TO THE RANT
SHE's 3!!! The cut is almost half way across her little biggest finger and FYI SHE'S 3 and we have been here for 4 hours and she missed her nap!!! Okay so we got taped up as I told her it would be okay and gave her a ton of kisses (yah so I slide in the "yah a hospital can be a scary place when your only 3" while looking at the nurse) And off we went...NO Instruction's finger starts to bleed again on the way to the parking lot...so we go back...Nurse Grouchy Pants is Visibly upset that I may have a question and when I ask what should I do so that she's not bleeding all over the place she says you can put a band aid....nope one was not provided...
We get home and go to put another band aid on it (BARBIE!!) and she start pouring blood all over the place...sigh Now mommy's really mad I call tele health (which is fantastic!) and they say yah you should go have it looked at but you can go into a clinic....SOOOOOOO off we go again this time to an after hours clinic located in a hospital just in case (They say a mother always knows right!)
So we get taken right in at the after hours and and he looks at it and says "you might be better off with a stitch but that's not what worries me...does her finger always bend like that?" WTF...okay so now we need and xray...so off we go to wait another 4.5 hours and then have an Xray and a huge bandage and a followup with a plastics clinic in 1 weeks time...Like I said WTF...
So shout out to the awesome hard working Dr's and Nurse's at Scarborough Grace I'm not mad that when I came to ask 4 hours later what was going on that they couldn't find us in the system (but they did rush us through really quick after that and the Dr was super nice Lil monster loved him eventhough there was no lolli pop)... The people at the Plastic's clinic who already had my appointment ready this morning when I called in...The guy in the waiting room who never noticed his shirt was sticking out of his zipper...The Xray guy who tried to pick a fight for putting my kid at the end of the bed while she was waiting to get bandaged...The Tim Horton's guy that with a little flirting gave me a coffee even though they were closed I won't tell that you may have pocketed the money I gave you...But most of all the parking at both hospital may you put my $16.00 each to good use!

YIKES!!!
Big things happened yesterday!
I started Booty Camp (well it was supposed to start on Monday however due to thunder storms it was cancelled...whew).
So lets back track a little in the past 3 years I have had 2 babies and the most exercise I get is lugging each child and all the "stuff" that goes with them around or running up and down the stairs in a panic looking for someones bubba (Sippy Cup of Milk) or sasa bear (liltest monster's bestest buddy). Now they way I rationalize this is that my children together weigh just over 50lbs! Now I was doing the weight watchers meeting however Cheerleading has changed to Thursday night so yes I could have found another meeting...but I didn't! And I just bought new pants on Friday and found the smaller size I made it to is kinda loose. So I'm not doing as well as I was but I'm moving in the right direction!
Okay so Booty camp starts yesterday with "Hey lets run up and down a hill 3 times" (I was immediately thinking OMG what have I got myself into). During the course of an hour I found myself almost puking TWICE!! The Instructor asked "who's hating me right now" And yes I raised my hand...hey I was just being honest :) But I did survive...okay so I ended up puking in the flowers when I got home, and I can't bend my legs right now but hey I survived.

Wedding Fun and Family
Well that kinda sum's up the weekend for me. A very good friend married her true love this weekend and we were honored to witness the love, tears, and happiness that these two share. I spent a lot of it thinking "oh my there lives are just starting a whole new chapter" and I found myself looking over to hubby and thinking hey he chose me! I've always looked back at our wedding day with great fondness sure there are a few things I would have changed like the time of the reception and I would have gotten a longer veil, however those are not the things people look back on or at least I hope not. I hope that they look at what I look back on that is the day I gained a sister, 2 younger brother, a few dozen cousin, another mom and dad, and a whole bunch of people I refer to as Tita (Aunt) and Uncle just because I can't remember all the names!
And for that I am truly thankful!
And for that I am truly thankful!

TMI
Okay so this is going to be TMI so if your a little weireded out but TMI (Mar this mean you) stop reading now!
Okay so I work in a office of all girls and generally just before the clock hit's 4:30 we start the girl talk...which you can never have to much of! So yesterday the topic somehow got on to personal grooming. Now that I'm married I don't really have the time for all the justifications of paying money to have someone generally pour hot wax onto me and the rip tiny hair's out of my skin and I must admit I no longer have option of showering without two little heads peeking in asking "mama watcha doin?" when I'm trying to wash my hair. So very often we run into this conversation...
Me "hey hon lets see who leg hair is longer mine or yours?"
Him "Yah, that's just kinda gross"
Me "okay yah I know, I'm going to shower and shave my legs!"
Him (as I get up and leave him with the monster's)"Hey where you going"
So as you can see personal "grooming" not high on the priority list but some how at 5:30 I was sitting in a salon with a co-worker on the verge of waiting for my turn for some now looking back much needed waxing!
And I wonder why do we go into a stranger and say "here's 30 bucks please inflict some pain" yah yah yah I survived but I still remember the pain!

What a weekend!
Well we had the long weekend and I'm Happy to report we all survived. Our weekend consisted of my nephew's 5th birthday party at Chucky Cheese on Saturday which was followed by some very tried girls sleeping in the car after going back to my brothers house with the family and playing just dance on the WII (Super Fun!!) Then Sunday rolled around and after we rolled ourselves out of bed...we did NOTHING! and it was awesome!!! We had a late breakfast which had the amazement of the biggest lil monster pouring her own milk in her cereal (And not spilling a drop!), then we had lunch in our jammies (my mother is probably fuming at this point!), then around 7pm daddy took all his girls out to dinner and they got to pick there own outfits (so we were a little over dressed for Jack Astors). After we arrived home as I was putting a very tired biggest lil monster to bed she let out a huge sigh and said "that was a really nice trip momma"
Makes you think we are all so busy with going here and there that on the days when we do "nothing" it seems that those "nothings" in little eyes become really great "somethings"
On Monday we went to wonderland with our really good friends (AKA Biggest lil monster's future in-laws) and just did a slow "hey you want to ride this ride lets stop and have funnel cake more rides more snacks" tour of the park...not trying to get things done just enjoying the company!
I must admit I think I have found a new way to go about things..Maybe the rabbit was right Slow and Steady wind the race!
Enjoy making memories!!

Hump Day!
So it's Wednesday...and it totally feels like a Wednesday. The Weather man was calling for rain and it so feels like a day to spend in bed curled up with a good book or some old favorite movies...I have the a new book that I just can't seem to get in to (Eat, Pray,Love) I have heard so many wonderful things about this book and saw the movie trailer and was hooked however I'm really finding it a hard read! I always wonder why a book becomes a "hard read" it's happened to me before and I have learned to put it down and try to pick it up again in a few weeks so if things don't go well tonight this book will be shelved for a while...but I can;t help feeling that I need a creative out let so maybe I'll pick up a new hobby but what to do...I have trouble drawing stick people, always wanted to learn how to knit but sadly no one I know does that anymore, and the idea of painting well I can hear the screams of "mommy me to"...so what to do...I'll keep you posted!

Oh My!
So I have let my blog slip! But I'm back and I guess that's all that matters!
We have had a very busy summer so far the last 2 weeks we were away camping with the family and then off to Sesame Place and I must say both trips made me realize a few things....
First, we definitely made the right decision to sell the house. I said before short term loss for long term gain however I don't feel as though we have "lost" any more. The ability to say hey it's Sunday lets go to Sesame Place for the next 4 days and not have to worry about every little cent that it will cost showed us the reality that we are a very fun family (even when Lil mosters are biting and hitting!) And that we can truly enjoy being together and knowing that we can provide for them many creative life adventures... which leads me to realization number 2...
My lil monsters are not so little more we have captured many candid photo's this vacation which shows us that they are getting so big and it's happening so fast. I mean to think when the biggest lil monster was born she could find into the over sized pocket of my house coat...and now she likes to dress herself (which is leading to a very interesting fashion sense). And the fact that the lilest monster decided to stop in the middle of sesame place and have a dance all by herself makes me very hopeful that they will never lose there sense of self and that they always live life to the fullest!
So on wards and up wards! But these are the memories I cherish
PS this was not a posed picture hubby got the shot in a rare quiet moment between 2 sisters! NOW THAT'S LOVE

Well, I have been off sick work for 2 whole days. I think since this move I have been hit by a truck...or just feel like it. It started with some back pain that then went into my neck and 3 trips a week to the Chiropractor to try to make it feel better is just making way for whole new pains to present themselves.
Then I got hit hard by a tummy bug which was going around the office. So here I am trying to take it easy but with the Lil monster's I'm finding it very hard.
So on the advice of the Dr's I'm telling the lil monster they have to walk and that I can't carry them, Trying to be in bed by 10:00pm (it's currently 9:25). Drinking more water less tea and soda, and not eating late. The last one is really hard! But someone once told me that it takes 3 week to build a habit so tomorrow is day one of the new plan! Going to try and eat breakfast, and not after 7pm! Let's see if this helps!

To all those who say Father's Day isn't as important as Mother's Day
I must say I was shocked to hear that people feel that father's day is not as "special' mother's day...So for all you daddy's out there
You are her very first word not because it's easy because your special!
You are the first boy she will ever love!
You are the guy she knows will never let her down!
You are the one she will turn to when mom just doesn't get it!
You are the one she will ask to fix things just because nobody could do it better then you!
You are the one who's approval of the man she will marry means the most!
You are the one who will guide her down the aisle and hold her hand as she accepts the hand of the man that will take over but never replace you!
You are the one who will always be her daddy no matter how old she is!
So to the Daddy's in my lil monster's life, I thank you for all the joy you provide me with and I promise not to be jealous knowing that every day when you walk through the door the Lil monster scream...
YEAH IT'S DADDY!!!
